Assorted Nuisances

Due to a request from one member of the GBWC, and his recent appearance in one of Rosey's stories, I created this version of GB2's mincing art expert Dr. Janosz Poha. I decided not to use the likeness in the GB2 comic (it was a pretty boring guy with a blond crewcut) and went for a new caricature perhaps a bit closer to actor Peter MacNichol. He's the second one on the list, right after Peck.

Haha, marvellous! He really does look like Peter MacNichol ;D (whom I had in my head when I made the very split-second decision to include Janosz in the story - how gratifying to learn that I in part inspired this latest character rendition).

What's the significance of Janine looking seductive in a jumpsuit? Is that the moment when Egon thinks, Oh... ok then (to paraphrase)?

This is really fun (once you get past wondering whether he did it in his jammies... sorry) - cute piece.

You know, I came accross this picture the other day...one I forgot I even did....

....it was a special gift.


When we got the news that Fritz lost his leg, Bo Holbrook wanted everyone to send stuff to Fritz. As far as I recall, I think I might have been the only one who did.

Included with a DVD set of one of his favorite animes and a humorous card, I gave him a framed piece of original artwork. I totally forgot I had it scanned!

I have that Janine figure. The only one that really looked like her, IMO. She's standing on my desk, next to a 1st-series Egon. Wish I could make them hold hands. *sigh*

I actually had about three over time. One got left as is, another had it's head lopped off and glued onto a Screaming Heroes Janine body (the original head is the Season 3-4 version, a "Helium Mommy Cheerleader" Janine), and a third one that I painted up into a "proper" flight suit: the same color as Egon's but with orange trim. (I'd painted the cuffs of the other Ghostbusters also)

So no, my collection is nowhere near Mint Condition

personally I like Louis in the yellow jump soot from the Slimed Heroes

the pink Janine is the only Janine I have and my first addition Egon can't stand on is own power because his joints are that lows


man do I wish I still had the Pack Heroes and the glow in the dork ones

I never got all the Ecto-Glow heroes either. The Slimed Heroes were the last ones to be distributed to the Indianapolis area; I did snag Ecto-Glow Venkman and Egon years later at a comic convention. I didn't have the money for the whole set at the time, and the guy with them never showed up again.

Strangely enough [/sarcasm] I never got around to buying a second Power Pack or Slimed Louis and painting him in his green and purple flight suit.
