And Janine was just what I'd imagined she'd look like. Even the hair looks natural on her, which I never thought about the GB2 one.

Am I the only one who sees Ernie with a realy green hue? May be my computer. There's no telling. It might be my computer, for all I know, making a green shade look brown... I'm probably giving something away here, but that really wouldn't work with some of where this whole story is going. I was wondering how people would take them. I didn't set out to make them "creepy" or anything...just take the bare bones from Aykroyd's GB3 trreatment and try to come up with something. We "know" there's no mention of them yet in the "real" timeline, so they don't "have" to appear anymore as soon as this story's done.

Unless this turns into one of those "alternate timelines that's not really wiped out" kind of thing.
Hey, the Janine/Louis thing can serve to keep some people happy.

You have to wonder... what was liked more? Egon being single, it being set in a parallel universe (Effectively)...
Or both.

Me neither. I didn't say anything over there, and only posted here because of Fritz's comment. I'm glad that person liked it. Now, about the art... ;D

Hey, the Janine/Louis thing can serve to keep some people happy. I suppose nobody will be surprised on who posted on GBHQ, telling me they really enjoyed "Gemini Rising, Part 2" That’s just it… I know of only one person who would be doing cartwheels at the thought of a Janine/Louis pairing, but I think the general consensus is that the pairing stank. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve felt sorry for the guy (mainly because Fritz is so adept at manipulating my abject hatred of him), but never have I thought that those two even remotely belong together in a romantic sense. You have to wonder... what was liked more? Egon being single, it being set in a parallel universe (Effectively)... Or both. Janine and Louis being married, I assume, would have helped, too. The further from Egon, the better, methinks.

Hope this AU piece of fiction doesn't inspire a "writer" to scribe an adult fanfic based on it. [shudders @ the thought of a PG13/R Rated Louis]

Well, we know this particular person has written more than one adult story...
You'd be surprised, Mick, at what fan fic writers come up with it. Some stuff that makes me shudder.
Adult stories are prohibited at this board. Even if I wanted to post any (and frankly, I don't) the Proboards Terms of Service prohibit it.

Ooops... I tried uploading some of the artwork in a new file format to save server space. It's completely blown up in my face, and I have a lot of artwork that now looks even worse than before. Fortunately, I have copies of the older files saved on my hard drive. Unfortunately, it'll take some time to get them transferred back tp the server. Apologies for any distress or inconvenience this causes.

Imageshack, Fritz... ImageShack I've got a bunch of the older images saved to one of my machines... although I haven't saved any of the more recently uploaded files (Before you changed the file format).

Well, as of right now all but two of the affected files have been replaced with the earlier ones. What I did was try to save all my PNGs in a different color format. It looked just fine on my computer, but the files didn't upload well: all the white got turned into black. Obivously, I use imageshack for a lot of things (ie avatars, board images) but most of the stuff actually on the site I try to keep in the /images folder. They're easier to manage and I don't have to keep referring to my lists of Imageshack urls. Six of one, half dozen of the other I guess. EDIT: The last two replacement files are uploaded; everything should be the same as it was.
