Very interesting, and kind of gross, too. ;D
I've gotta say, I do like the idea of the identity badge with the PKE strip on the bottom. I'm surprised that nobody thought of that before.

It was inspired, actually, by something in the old GBI role playing game. I figure sixteen years of technology have improved the design. If nothing else, the clip has been replaced by a magnetic device like on my K-Mart nametag, and the "improved " exposure strip is more orangish than pink. Example name badges can be found at www.gbwc.net/av/gbi.html

Quite a neat idea that, and yeah, orange is much better then pink, less garish and less reference to the river of slime.

And I hate holes in my clothes.
But instead of the magnetic clip, what about one of those plastic squeezy ones? I'd yhink magnets would be easier to lose.
Cuz I'm eventually gonna print mine out and make a real one, just for the heck of it...
OT: [glow=red,2,300]Hey, this is cool. How can I make it purple?[/glow]

We're nearing the end of the bumps, aren't we? Only a couple more to go.
I'll probably space them closer together next year.

Story's going well, some amusing little bits and pieces... and I forgot to say, a nice tribute to Jerry Orbach. Keep it up, mate.

Reminds me of a question you didn't answer via email.
Have you guys been written into a corner with the badges? Surely Rachel's constant presence will render them useless?

Reminds me of a question you didn't answer via email. Have you guys been written into a corner with the badges? Surely Rachel's constant presence will render them useless? Lol...I guess I did. But if it's a standard badge some other franchises would be in the same boat. GBNY has Slimer and Arcane Division...heck, most of those guys would set off their badges all by themselves. I would guess they're still used...if nothing else, if Rachel's out with them on a job, and THEN the badges change colors...well, time to be worried.
