My list updated: DC: Legion of Superheroes
Green LanternThe new series has been a treat so far Action ComicsJohn Byrne got me back. I'm not reading the rest of the Superman books yet, but I'm giving this one a definite try. There's something kind of neat about reading a comic that has been published pretty much continuously since 1938. Marvel: Cable/Deadpool
Fantastic FourWriting God Mark Waid is no longer wrting it. But his replacement is Writing God J. Micheal Stracynzki. Still waiting for Reed to mention his collection of spores, molds, and fungus Ultimate Fantastic FourRunawaysGreat, character-driven writing from Brian K. Vaughan and some slick artwork by Adrian Alphona...six children of supervillains are trying to undo their parent's evil legacy. As a bonus, it takes place in LA, my fictional GBWC stomping grounds. The current plots have involved a team of C-list superheroes, Excelsior (which includes a member of a book I grew up reading, Power Pack) and the mystery of Victor Mancha...who appears to be the son of Ultron?! Gert Yorkes gets all the best lines. 88MPH Studios: GhostbustersAssuming they ever publish any more Gemstone Publishing Donald Duck and Friends Mickey Mouse and Friends Uncle Scrooge Walt Disney'c Comics and StoriesOni Press Blue Monday

I'm a big fan of the Commando war fiction series. Great fun.
Apart from that, I don't read much comic-wise. I used to be an avid reader of Fleetway's Sonic the Hedgehog comic (it was fantastic in its prime, before Robotnik was defeated) but it kind of lost its way in its later years. Thunderbirds the Comic was great as well, it did a good job of placing the Tracy brothers in new situations...plus the Century 21 reprints were a neat idea. It was surprisingly intense as times as well, "Brains Is Dead" being perhaps the most notable example.

Basically I buy every Marvel that comes out. I don't like some of them, but the reasoning behind that was my first major website idea was a site dedicated to listing every single Marvel ever made, much like the Comicguide is. Although I never went through with it, just never bothered to re-shave my comic list.
But what I read is as follows:
Amazing Fantasy Amazing Spider-Man Army of Darkness Cable/Deadpool Captain America Daredevil Darkness Excalibur Exiles Fantastic Four Ghostbusters (short lived, but what a ride) Incredible Hulk Iron Man (when it comes out) Machine Teen Marvel Knights 4 New Avengers New Thunderbolts New X-Men Nightcrawler Red Sonja Spider-Man Unlimited Superman/Batman Supreme Power Witchblade Young Avengers
As well as assorted DC mini series and issues that appeal to me and I have the money for.

Well, there aren't any comic book shops in my town, so I don't buy North American comic books (though I would love to have Ghostbusters). I do, however, read Japanese manga.
Specifically, I buy Shonen Jump every month, which currently contains the following:
Hikaru no Go Naruto One Piece Shaman King Yu-Gi-Oh! Yu Yu Hakusho
and whatever manga preview they include that month.
Also, last summer when I was in Alberta I had the chance to pick up the first two Petshop of Horrors graphic novels. Those are pretty cool.

No paper comics regularly besides the now defunct 88MPH series. Webcomics I view: PvP (Player versus Player) by Scott Kurtz & Todd & Penguin (cause I like the cat, pengiuns & cookies).

I just started picking up Vampirella. I used to avoid this title 'cause frankly I thought it was all T&A and no substance, but with a .25 preview to the latest mini how could I not pick it up? I kinda dug the story so I'm curious to see where it goes. Also Red Sonja, however it's been pretty dull so far. THAT one is pure T&A value. I'm sticking with it for a bit to wait for the team to find their stride before I nix it. Although, I'll admit I'm being a guy and enjoying the T&A a little too much. In my defense, a red-haired vixen just serves to remind me of my own red-haired vixen.

I've been collecting Wildsiderz for a while now... really rich colours and interesting story, if the art is a little too stylised at times... pretty cool and worth a read, though.
Also picked up Marvel Zombies 1 and intend to keep doing so, Robert Kirkman's still on form and adding a nice hint of the surreal to a worl decimated by undead super heroes.

Well, whaddaya know.
Here's me thinking I posted on this thread a few months back...and after looking, turns out I didn't.
Oh-kay. My go. Most of these, I own.
Real Ghostbusters (NOW Comics) Cats, Bats & Cadillacs #1 (only issue, as far as I've heard) Harley Quinn Ghostbusters (88MPH) Army of Darkness (could be way better, but could be a helluava lot worse, too) Excalibur (old-school 90s Marvel) She-Hulk (old-school 90s Marvel) Howard the Duck (old-school, MAX, and whatever else) Liberty Meadows (Frank Cho is the sh*t!!) PvP: online edition (Scott Kurtz Rocks!!) Nodwick: online edition (greatest RPG comic ever!) Full Frontal Nerdity: online edition (from Aaron "Nodwick" Williams, a look at geeks) Deep Fried! (Jason Yungbluth's crack-driven hilariousness!! Comic gold!!) Neil Gaiman's Sandman series
...and that's not counting what I can find in my local library's system.

Hey, does anyone read 'The Flash?' I was wondering what, if any, job Wally West has. When they FINALLY showed some new Justice League Unlimited last night, it was centered on good ole Wally West/Flash. I see that he's a police scientist in his civillian life, like Barry Allen was. At fist I was like 'huh?' but then realized I've never even seen WHAT Wally does out of the costume in the comics! On one hand, I think Wally idolized Barry, so I could see him following his career path. Then again, I ALSO think they screwed with Green Lantern's history in the DC animated universe by making Kyle Rayner into a test pilot in the Superman animated series.... Inquiring geeks want to know!

I hope somebody at the cartoon realizes that the current main Green Lantern, the one most people still think of first when the name "Green Lantern" comes up, is back on the job and at least give him a guest shot in an episode.
I mean, put Hal in the real animated version of the DC Universe. Duck Dodgers just does not count.

Hal did at least get a 3-second cameo in the episode where Batman, John Stewart, and Wonder Woman chased a theif through time. "The Once and Future Thing, Part II" I think.
Personally, I'd like to see a Green Lantern Coprs spin-off!
