First up is the special New Year's issue, RGB UK #30, followed by a return to the norm in RGB UK #31.

The British guys definitely came up with some weird stuff. It's too bad they mostly just crapped it out--the lack of care they showed most of the Marvel UK stories is obvious.
Not to say there weren't some good ideas there--but it's hard to develop them in four pages, especially if the writer really doesn't care, considers it "kid stuff", and is really wanting to go to the "big leagues" where he can write team ups with Woverine.

Yeah, they had some good plot ideas that could've made awesome stories with some development. Plus let's not forget they HAD to crap that stuff out; they went from publishing every other week to EVERY week. It was an insane schedule that took its toll. So it became a massed-produced nightmare. At least we in the states got to enjoy the more superior NOW run, even though they managed to get almost 200 issues out of theirs. Maybe us Q-Crew bums can finally top them?
