This is a no brainer for me: Janine all the way. She's always been one of my heroines. Smart, spunky, strong, beautiful, yet soft, caring, loving and flawed. All the things that make for a great tough broad. (Redheads are by far the toughest of all tough broads too.) Anytime in the cartoon when Janine wasn't in it I sulked. I just wanted her to always be in it. When I was a kid I had a fringe and I use to try and get it to go like hers, I loved her hair that much! It reflected her personality in some ways. Short (temper), spunky and fiery. I latched onto her romance with Egon like a leech straight away and I've never let go! They have always been my favourite couple ever since and always will be. I have an enormous couple list, but they've always been No1. It was 1988 when the cartoon was first shown in Australia and I was a 12 year old girl who was watching Days of Our Lives at the time (back when it was good) and so I guess I was more mature than most kids watching it at the time and was already into romantic couples and I took to it like a duck to water. It was so funny, cute, sweet and always touching. I have actually trained my voice to do her great Laura Summer voice believe it or not. (Yes I hear some of you cringing.) At first I could only do her voice when speaking her lines, but now I can slip into it at the drop of a hat. It makes my Mum (who use to watch RGB with me) and a good friend of mine smile. When her voice changed I was horrified! I can't do Kath Soucie's voice to save myself, it's too bland and plain to copy. Although she did give Janine some strength in "Robo-buster" and of course "Janine, You've Changed." Janine Melnitz, my favourite character... Ever! ;D I like Dana too. I always thought it was a shame she was never in the toon or even mentioned. Imagine Peter's reaction to her if she had've showed up. What a wasted opportunity. I hate Louis Tully. >: (He's revoltin'! "Nuff said. I love Slimer! He's sooooo cute! The cutest sidekick type ever. Although I did dislike it when he became too central to the toon and he started to sound too human and when they did away with the always entertaining love/hate relationship with Peter.

Janine was always a favorite of mine. I never really noticed till I was about 14 or 15 that difference in voice actresses and appearance that happened (granted the show debuted just days after I was born and I came into it around a year or two later, so I cut myself some slack that I didn't catch anything at that age). I used to be able to imitate her voice pretty well to the point that when I had my full collection of Kenner RGB stuff, I could voice her almost as well as I did the others.
I always thought Louis was kinda cool just to have a nerd hanging around. My third favorite episode is "There's Something Going Around" and I loved how he basically carried over his role of an accidental Ghostbuster in there.
I cut the Junior GB's some slack now that I've rewatched the episodes they're in. It just reminds me of 80s shows like Kidd Video (yeah, I found out a few weeks ago that I actually REMEMBERED this show!), Captain Planet, and most of Karate Kommandos that had kid sidekicks. I once wanted to do a story that caught up with what they would be doing around 2004/2005, but I scrapped it when I realized it was wayyy too depressing even for me and how they felt that their chance had been missed at being heroes like their heroes.
Slimer took a while to warm up to. The show may have lightened him up like they did Stay Puft, but I never had nightmares about a 100 foot Stay Puft. Until I was in my teens I swear I still saw Onionhead at night.

I used to be able to imitate her voice pretty well to the point that when I had my full collection of Kenner RGB stuff, I could voice her almost as well as I did the others. cool it's only bin in my adult years that I'v bin able to do voice impressions . announcer so far I can do a OK Egon . a GI optimus prime , the movie phone guy , Hall from 2001 , the super friends announcer . and a pretty spot on family guy I cut the Junior GB's some slack now that I've rewatched the episodes they're in. It just reminds me of 80s shows like Kidd Video (yeah, I found out a few weeks ago that I actually REMEMBERED this show!), Captain Planet, and most of Karate Kommandos that had kid sidekicks. KO I admit it I' rewatched the episodes they're in too and you guy's are right the are pretty bad not as bad as you guy's think they are but still bad It's gust I like the kid from the masquerade to me him and his friends should of bin the real Junior GB I once wanted to do a story that caught up with what they would be doing around 2004/2005, but I scrapped it when I realized it was wayyy too depressing even for me and how they felt that their chance had been missed at being heroes like their heroes. that gives me a idea for a up coming GBWC story Slimer took a while to warm up to. The show may have lightened him up like they did Stay Puft, but I never had nightmares about a 100 foot Stay Puft. Until I was in my teens I swear I still saw Onionhead at night. I love Stay Puft, my fore Stay Puft, stuffees prove it

He's my favourite and I love his voice to bits. Did you catch the interview with Peter Cullen on The Transformers: The Movie 20th Anniversary DVD? I nearly fainted when he did Prime's voice. His voice is the only good thing about the new live action film.
