Has no one nominated any of Ghostdiva's stories? I don't actually remember her writing before this thread was started (do correct me if I'm wrong), but since then she has come up with some gems. I think my personal favourite would have to be 'The Eyes Have Her', focusing on the Lotsabucks incident from the points of view of Janine and the demon i.e. all the things that were going on when the fans were still thinking, What? Where's Janine getting the money for all this plastic surgery?(I'll put the link in Silent Seraphim's original message, along with that link I found to Ami Ree's 'The Morning After'.)

I've been plodding away at 'Does Heaven Listen?' so this is mainly to say that, while the story has not been publicly updated since 2004, in the past few weeks I have written another five chapters. Since the end is in sight, i decided not to post them until I've completed the story. The story is nearly completed, however. I agree with most of those postings. For me, the definitive story will always be Linda Dennis' "Still Life." Without that story, I'd never have become the Egon/Janine fan that I am. And, speaking as someone who was not an Egon/Janine fan when I read it, it's a great story regardless of what kind of ship pairing people might prefer. I'm very intrigued to discover there may be a sequel in the works. Good luck with that, Ms Dennis! Good to hear it's almost done as you're not posting by chapter. It's hard to be patient when the story is that good. I'm signed up for notification when the new stuff arrives. And I hope Ms Dennis does write that follow-up, too.
