Hey guys. Just figured I would post this here too. There's a new internet fan cartoon series coming out called Ghostbusters: The Animated Series. The official website is up and looks great. Lots of people are very excited for this cartoon. Join the group! The pilot episode is scheduled for release on June 25th. I'm the voice of Ray in the cartoon. I've also written some episodes for the series and I'm also the webmaster for our site. Check it out and let us know what you think. Feedback is not only appreciated, it's encouraged! This cartoon is for the fans, by the fans! We want everyone to enjoy it! www.geocities.com/gbanimated

I just got finishing typing something on GBHQ. I haven't seen this yet because you say over there the server is being strained so I figured I should wait until the initial frenzy dies down. Still, from the posts on GBHQ it looks like you got a very successful launch on your hands. As someone who writes fan fics, I'll be interested in seeing what you've come up with story-wise.

Hey Fritz, I think you misunderstood what I meant when I said our site was getting too many hits and kept shutting down. I meant our homepage. You shouldn't have any problems viewing our episode here: www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/177441 Be sure to vote on it on the 0-5 scale on the left side of the page.

Uh...heh heh...I indeed misunderstood that point...my apologies... I just downloaded the thing (being on dial-up that took a few minutes...) and watched it. I'm quite impressed. There seemed to be some problems with the synchronization of the voice track and the animation (there were a couple of times somebody stopped talking but their mouths kept moving)--of course, this could be a problem with my system, so I dunno... Some of the dialog seemed a bit stiff at time, but I know you guys aren't pro voice actors or anything--one you get into the groove and settle into the parts, I expect that to get better (Heck, even Maurice LaMarche seemed just a little off in some early RGB episode, before he settled into the part) It makes me wish even more that I'd have had the software to have tried out for one of the parts myself...(sigh)..oh well... The story was pretty straightforward, but I know the time you have to work with doesn't allow for massive epic storytelling. And like some other people, I vastly enjoyed the nod to RGB in the format of the intro But if all this nitpicking makes it sound like I didn't enjoy it, let me correct that: I did. A whole lot. And I look forward to seeing future installments
