If I haven't been clear about it, the Message Board will stay the same either way. Y'know, actually, I did some digging around Proboards.com and found out a thing or two...some ways of installing some of the same stylesheet elements on the board. It is certainly an appealing prospect to me to have the board and the main site look as much alike as possible. I'm already doing some recoding with the stylesheets in mind, and tentatively looking--if I decide to do it--at November 13. I may try the codes I have in mind for the board out sooner to give everyone a taste of what might be up (and the chance to say "I hate this leave it alone")

I like the improvements. I'm all for anything that makes a job or task easier, so go for it!

The recoding is going well--I guess if I weren't getting just a touch fancy in spaces (the red headers) it might not take as long. I'm about to start redoing the fan fic pages, which is gonna be the long slog since there's so many of them (lol)
The Gallery pages won't be changed very much. The width of the main cells in the stylesheet is set for 620 pixels, and a lot of the /images pages would either stretch the cel or stuff wouldn't fit.
I really really like the way the GBNY and Fact List pages are turning out, though. And I may upload the board beta as soon as tomorrow.

I've updated the stylesheets on the servers to better match the one in the board's current configuration, mostly meaning the grey border lines instead of white. I'm starting to lean in that direction for that being the "final" look. The GBWC style sheet has been similarly updated; at this moment, though, I'm experiencing some resistance to the change from one of the GBWC members, and I may not update their pages as radically.
I also added some borders to the GBI style sheet.
I'm still not done recoding the fan fics (in part because I changed my mind about a design element that forced me to recode most of the pages already done) but we're still on track to a Monday upload for Ectozone.com. Whatever changes I end up making to the GBWC site will be worked on after that.

Finally...all the coding is done. I look forward to seeing what's going to happen tomorrow.

Is your ectozone .net link at the bottom supposed to go to your main page? Cause it comes back to the message board. ghostdiva

Er, yeah...I changed the redirect to the message board. As a pseudo-webring concept, ectozone.net hasn't really worked, so I've set it to come back to the board.
I'll probably remove the link from the bottom as soon as I remember to do it.
