Several months ago, Ghostdiva contacted me with some ideas she had for her story "A Different Kind of Hero", which can be found here: www.freewebs.com/adkoh/It's a story set in the year 2024, and stars the Ghostbusters of the future seen in previous stories such as "Future Shocks", "Seperated At Rebirth", and "Gemini Rising". She asked several questions about the dynamics of the characters, and I started writing an essay...that I somehow ended up deciding sounded more interesting as a coversation between two characters. Two advisories> 1. I recommend reading Ghostdiva's story, if you haven't, before reading this one. It'll make a lot more sense. 2. It's short, and no Ghostbusting action. Anyway, here we go: Ghostbusters 2024: A Few Pointers2024--Timeline Year Forty-Two T.J. Anderson meets with Dr. Edward Sanders, a newcomer with an interest in the Spengler Twins that complements her own. Even if she really hates to admit it.

I've always been curious about whether or not Eden and Jonathan would go through the same things concerning love that Egon and Janine did. As Fritz put it, it is a bit different- The twins have their parents as models, plus their relationship to each other- but they ARE still Spenglers.
I love these character pieces. It gives us a chance to get inside their heads and see what's really going on there. The busting is nice, but I like the dynamics of the people, too.
TJ and Edward have their work cut out for them...
And the Ramis comment was hilarious.
Oh, and "Veedramon", congrats! Happy anniversary!

...How does Rose always manage to say everything first? Well, what she said. ;D It's a great character piece (I generally prefer these to action-packed stories, I think). I dunno. These recent works (that includes Ghostdiva's latest story) are beginning to inspire me a little bit inspired too (though nothing may come of it ).

Hey, I actually forgot this was coming out today, and just happened to be cruising the board when I found it. Lot of RL stuff going on, and I needed to cruise the net to get my mind off things. Massive concidence. ;D

Ahhh. Conspiracies, a fabulous way to make friends! I'm sure they will have much to talk about later.
Sorry I'm just getting around to this, my computer died (again) and I have just know rebutted most of what I need to function. Unfortunately one of my stories on this very topic met with a terrible fate. I saved it to a disk, it says the file is corrupted, I no longer have the story, so my next contribution will be a lot further off than I planned.
Gotta love technology.
Anyway, I was very excited to see this, there was decidedly very little very little public knowledge in the way of characterization for this group, and after asking Fritz a million and one pesky question, I got a story out of him, yeah! Persistance pays off people.
But seriously. TJ is a very interesting character and it is fun to see two lesser know characters sharing a meaningful spotlight.
