Another question about Gemini Rising... I know it will be E/J and kids, but will Nodus and the essence of Lord Gemini he swiped play a part? We know he's determined to make Egon choose the destiny Nodus believes is his, and that it did NOT include Janine. None of those facts have been forgotten, and will be dealt with when the time is right.

Thought so, but just wanted to ask. I spent the past week or so rereading your collected works, and realized that bit was still hanging. That and the Ascension...

Right now I'd say either "Where In The World Is Chelsea Aberdeen?" will indeed go to four parts, or Part 3 is gonna be huge. I've already written enough to put out another chapter at the "normal" size, and may see how things go over the next week or so.
There will be a new GBWC story on June 6 written by Kyle Stevens, though I did edit and tweak it a little bit. It'll actually bring the GBWC basically to the "present", as the story is sent in May 2006.

Cool. "Chelsea" has me riveted, especially considering what happened in part 2!

Cool. "Chelsea" has me riveted, especially considering what happened in part 2! Heh, yeah... it's becoming quite the mystery... plus we want to know what happens to Chelsea's aunt when this is over... killing her is too much, but a painful reminded can be good for the soul... mwuhahahahaha...Oh, er... um... When it comes to the story, do what you feel is best... I don't need to tell you (And in such doing so tells you anyway) that you shouldn't cram everything into a section of a story if you feel it in your gut that it's too big to be rushed. It'll probably run four parts long, but that just allows for extra detail, characterisation and exposition.

As it stands right now, Part 3 would be filled with "Explaining what the heck is going on" and Part 4 would be "stopping it" I'm leaning pretty strongly in the 4-part direction...like I said, I've written enough for a full Part 3, but I'm still writing the stuff that now looks to go in Part 4. I may just go ahead and get both done and released in short order, instead of dropping things on it now that I've got Part 3 "done" and move back over to "Gemini Rising" I try to juggle all these multiple balls, and alternate, but sometimes I have a creative rush--right now, I'm kinda psyched about the way "WWCA?" is falling together, and want to work on that one while the feeling's "hot" I don't know if that's making any sense, but that's what's going through my empty head right now.

"Where In The World Is Chelsea Aberdeen? Part 3" is done, and my beta readers should have the temporary url in their email boxes as we speak. Tentative release date is June 13 (The Spengler Twin birthday)
Part 4 is actually almost done, so it shouldn't take too much longer in coming.

More updates. The Bad news: My own computer is having some issues. It's not wanting to connect to the Internet. Other than that, it works fine. I'm not sure yet whether it's something in the computer itself or AT+T's system (the problem has happened before, but never for this long). I may not be online quite as much--I'm using my mother's computer right now, which is going online just fine (mine is on dial-up connection, hers is DSL) but I can really only use it in the morning, and only on mornings her medicines don't keep her up all night. So while "Chelsea Aberdeen?" Part 3 is done and scheduled for June 13, it may not actually make it out that day if I can't get onto the internet. The Good news: "Where In The World Is Chelsea Aberdeen? Part 4" is done, and will be sent out to my beta readers within the next few days. The more-tentative-than-ever release date is Monday, June 26. The upside to not getting on the internet is I've been writing faster--I sat down a did a LOT of material for "Gemini Rising, part 2"; enough, in fact, to form another complete chapter. I'm not 100% sure I'll be doing that, though it seems very likely. Why is it every story I do lately starts to bloat up larger than I anticipated? Anyway, thank you all for your patience.

I know the feeling. Feelings. I really believe that computers consciously try to annoy us. And I never start on a story intending to go to more than about 50 pages - you know how that sometimes turns out. Anyway, thanks for letting us know, and good luck with it!

Strangely enough, right now I'm posting from my computer--for the first time in two days, it connected.
Weird. Y'know, last time it did something like this, me posting about it seemed to make the problem go away.
We'll see, I guess...
