Hey guys! I'm new here, my name is Nikki, I'm 27 years old and I live in sunny (at the moment) England! Favourite Movies: Ghostbusters, the Matrix (first one and, in my opinion the best one), Fight Club, The Usual Suspects, The Bridges of Madison County, Secretary, The English Patient, Stripes, Lord of the Rings. Favourite TV Shows: Real Ghostbusters, Sex and the City, Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights, The Office, Will and Grace, Angel, CSI (original team), Without a Trace. Music: I have a varied taste in music, I like some smooth jazz, classical and chillout tunes for the quiet times, and a bit of everything else in between. At the moment, I tend to listen to individual songs rather than groups, but the groups/singers I generally like are Pearl Jam, Garbage, Black Eyed Peas, Moby, Evanescence, Leftfield, Lamb, Fatboy Slim. I also like film soundtracks and scores. The songs I'm into at the moment are: The Scissor Sisters - Take Your Mama Out, Shapeshifters - Lola's Theme, Ivy - Worry About You, Keane - Bedshaped, Foo Fighters - Come Back, and Lost Prophets - Hello Again. Favourite radio stations: Radio 1, XFM, Jazz FM, Magic, KISS FM. I like writing bits and bobs, mainly my own stuff. I love to read, mainly the classics: Dickens, Orwell, DH Lawrence, Shakespeare, Tolkein was a bit of a struggle but I made it. I'm going to challenge myself to read James Joyce's Ulysees, apparently one of the most difficult books to read. I love reading fan fiction, after becoming addicted to Buffy and Angel fan fiction. I think that this fandom has the most talented bunch of fan fic writers out there. That's all I can think of right now.

I don't think this is every going to be a very busy board, so it's always an extremely pleasant surprise when a new face pops up.
Thanks for checking us out, Miss Seraphim. I hope I can look forward to seeing more of your insightful comments in the future.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome, Fritz. Let me just say that it's nice to be sailing on calmer seas for a change. I'm very pleased to be here, and I do hope to hang around here for a while.

Hi, I'm The Joker! You may remember me from such forums as 'Ghostbusters HQ Message Board' and 'Ghostbusters Central'!
(*sigh* There'll never be another Phil Hartman....)
Anyway, I'm 20 years old and I live on the south coast of England.
I'm not a great music fan, but I do like ABBA, Madonna, George Benson, Erasure, The Drifters, Simply Red, Duran Duran, and UB40.
Favourite films: Ghostbusters, the Indiana Jones trilogy, Airplane!, Blazing Saddles, various others I can't remember right now...
Favourite TV series: The Real Ghostbusters, The Simpsons, Futurama, Monty Python's Flying Circus, The Avengers, Knight Rider, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Blackadder (all series), Father Ted, Only Fools and Horses, Animaniacs, G1 Transformers
Dream job: Voiceover actor
Hero: Frank Welker
That's all about me, hope I can make myself useful here!

Welcome to the Ectozone, Joker. Dream job: Voiceover actor Hero: Frank Welker Oh, I hear you there. Sometimes my younger brother and I used to read comics out loud in our room, doing all the voice. Now's RGB was one of our favorites, of course. And Frank Welker is amazing...he seems to pretty much be Cartoon Network only now, but 10-15 years ago it was easier to name the shows he wasn't in. Welker's definitely one of the best--possibly the best living (Sorry....Mel Blanc casts a very long shadow...)

Mel Blanc is rightly and deservedly a legend in the field, but Frank's versatility and prolificity lift him above everyone. I mean, this guy can voice little kids (think Pule Howser from 'Histeria!') animals, growling monsters, elderly women, you name it.

My real name is Zachary. I go to scouts. I live in Canada. Try to guess my age. According to your profile, too young to be signed up at a message board. You have to be at least thirteen--it's the law.

Hi, I'm ghostdiva and I am twenty years old. I have been lurking the community and boards for about six years now and I guess I just thought it was time I joined something. I am a college student and my favorite hobby is reading Ghostbusters fanfiction. My favorite two movies are Ghostbusters and Pretty Woman . I plan to ask a lot of questions so you guys will probably get to know me pretty quick. LOL.

Hey, some of us are real smartass know-it-alls, so ask away Welcome to the Ectozone, Heather. I keep thinking I should start some kind of welcoming routine like I used back in the days I was a Mod at GBCentral, but anywho... Again, welcome to the board, and we hope you have a good time.

Well, if it's any consolation, CJ, I just checked your and Stantz's profiles. Stantz is younger than you by a few months. I don't think my status as oldest one on the board will be threatened any time soon. Hey!! It is now!! I'm Miss Janine (from the GBN board). In my "real life", I'm Rose Prevost. I live in Glen Burnie, MD. And, Fritz, I'm older than you- I just turned 45! Now I know how Egon felt when he hit 40 in EGB! I love RGB, and am a BIG E/J fan!!! Favorite movies (besides GB): Grease, Garfield, the Powerpuff Girls Movie Music: pretty much anything (currently listening to Cheryl Crow) TV: Don't really watch it (I have a lot of documentary DVDs, my passion) Work: the best biscuit maker at Hardee's ;D ;D HEY!! Ghostbusters is on TV right now!!

I'm really really glad to see you here. MissJanine was one of my first "allies" back on GBN, and I've missed her always lucid comments. And personally, I love Hardees' biscuits
