Crimson Ghostbuster has been posting some scans of this pre-RGB kiddie story book on GBCentral, and it's quite interesting. There are some parts that make you laugh out loud (ie Venkman answering the phone. If that wasn't odd enough, he's doing it in what looks to be Zordon's Command Center; then later the narrative refers to ECTO-1 as a "van") but the artwork is quite nice, and there's one spectacular illustration of aforementioned "van" which is similar to one that has appeared elsewhere. (Such as the West End Games RPG, which was later scanned and retouched by various retarded artists).

An interesting artifact.
